A Little About Our Church...
| Our church was founded in 1934, as the Black Island Baptist Church. The church was built in its current location in 1947. It was re-named Glass Memorial in honor of Mr. & Mrs. Frank Glass, long-time members, who donated the land to build on. Times have changed, but Glass Memorial remains true to its beginnings, and it's cornerstone, Jesus Christ. We are a country church located next to the Mississippi River levee. If you are looking for great preaching and great fellowship, you will find it here at Glass Memorial. |
